How Did You Start Your Career?
I started my career in the hospitality industry at the young age of 15, working various roles and gradually developing my skills. Over 20 years, I nurtured a deep passion for the industry, eventually overseeing a network of 50 restaurants across Australia. This journey equipped me with a rich understanding of procurement and supply chain management, laying a solid foundation for my career in recruitment.
What Inspired You to Start The People Pipeline?
In 2014, I felt a strong desire for a change and decided to leverage my extensive experience in hiring and managing teams to start The People Pipeline. I have always enjoyed recruiting people; it was not just about filling a position but finding the right person who would add value to the organisation. This passion drove me to establish a recruitment agency specialising in the industries I had thrived in.
